Terms of Use

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern the wholesale distribution services and corporate orders provided by **ArvionBaltic OÜ** (registry code: 17566125, legal address: Tatari tn 64, Tallinn, 10134, Estonia) through this B2B platform.
By submitting a quote inquiry or proforma invoice request on this website, you confirm that you are representing a legal corporate entity and that you agree to be bound by these wholesale terms.
2. Wholesale Orders & Minimum Quantity (MOQ)
ArvionBaltic OÜ operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. All listed items carry a **Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)** representing package units. We do not fulfill single retail requests.
Inquiries submitted through the invoice builder are processed as proforma allocation requests. Stock reservation is guaranteed for **30 calendar days** from the invoice compilation date.
3. Tax & VAT Policy (Intra-Community Trade)
Local transactions for Estonian businesses are subject to **22% Estonian VAT**. Under EU intra-community supply rules, corporate buyers located outside Estonia with active, verified EU VAT registration codes qualify for **0% VAT reverse charge billing**.
4. Payment & Invoicing Terms
Registered partners are eligible for several payment methods, configurable during proforma compilation:
- Pre-payment (Proforma): The standard payment method for new accounts. Shipment commences upon bank transfer clearing.
- Net 15 / Net 30 Terms: Available for established corporate accounts upon credit evaluation and registry history check.
5. Logistics, Shipping & Hub Pickups
All shipments are dispatched from our regional logistics hub at **Tatari tn 64, Tallinn, 10134, Estonia**.
We partner with DPD, Omniva, Venipak, and DHL. Delivery across the Baltic states takes approximately 24 to 48 hours. Orders exceeding **€500** net receive complimentary DDP shipping.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and all disputes arising from corporate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Estonia**. Any legal actions must be resolved in Harju County Court in Tallinn.
